100% ownership options

SSG’s 100% ownership options consist of two different programmes - our Solo Programme and our Grow Programme. Both are great options for recruiters looking to start their own business while retaining 100% ownership.

Both plans are similar, but they do have their own unique benefits. For example, our Solo Programme allows recruiters to launch a business without staff, which means the recruiter can focus on billing while SSG takes care of the rest.

On the other hand, our Grow programme offers the same flexibility but is better suited for a recruiter or pair of recruiters who want to be a little more hands-on with the business and help it grow into a mid-sized company.

Whether you choose Solo or Grow, you will find that both provide you the freedom, independence and support you need to run a successful recruitment business.

Options with capital investment

If you or your team of recruiters are looking to scale your business quickly and are okay with parting with some ownership stake, SSG’s capital investment programmes are the best options available.

Our Accelerate Programme is one of the capital investment options available to clients and provides a quick launching pad for the agency. Along with market-leading back office support, owners also receive capital in exchange for 20% of the company stake.

Owners who have their eyes set on building a recruitment business that can be sold within a 5-year timeframe should consider our Enterprise Programme. While SSG retains 51% of the company stake, owners receive the ultimate recruitment business support package, including back-office support, mentorship, capital and a roadmap to selling the business.
